It does suck. Because I was offered a deal that will guarantee three months in jail. But if I don't take it, he could either get a minimum of three years, or nothing. And considering I was never taught that you are not supposed to shower after it happens, there is no DNA. Only the messages that he sent me. My word against his. I feel like it was such a mistake to press charges because on top of the memories and flashbacks... now I get to deal with this.
